Shipping policy

Production & Shipping

All products are made-to-order and produced individually for each customer. No inventory is held.
Because each item is produced specifically upon request, production times and delivery times may vary. 

Standard processing time for orders is 3-5 business days to be processed. Orders placed after 10:00 AM may be processed the following business day. Processing and shipping times may increase during specific collection launches, holidays, and other peak seasons. We cannot change the shipping address or the shipping method selected after checkout.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery time consists of two components:

  • Production time

  • Shipping time

All delivery timeframes provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Production schedules, carrier transit times, and external factors may affect delivery.

Shipping Regions

We currently ship to:

  • European Union

  • United States

For destinations outside these regions, availability is not guaranteed. Please contact us to request a custom shipping quote prior to placing an order.

Shipping Method

All orders are shipped using standard shipping only. Express, expedited, or priority shipping options are not available. During checkout we calculate shipping costs based on your location and estimated weight of your package.

Amending a shipping address

We cannot change the shipping address or the shipping method selected after checkout. Once an order has been shipped, an email will be sent to the email address provided on the order with your shipment's tracking information.

Damaged/Opened package

If you receive your package, and it is damaged and/or opened, please take a photo of the damage before checking the contents inside. Please submit a claim via the courier used to ship your order. Please also contact us info@frontbh.com within 24 hours of the receipt of your order.
