Please read these terms carefully. They are intended to provide clarity regarding your rights and obligations, while safeguarding our operations.
Limited Exchanges – Please Choose Carefully
All products are made to order. Due to this production model, we do not offer size or model exchanges.
Please review product descriptions and size charts carefully before placing your order. Ignoring the size chart before placing an order as every order is custom made will void you right to return the item. We strongly recommend comparing measurements with garments you already own.
Prices & Payment
All prices are quoted in the currency designated for your specific region and include VAT. The total amount payable, including VAT, shipping, and any additional fees, will be displayed before checkout.
Right of Withdrawal (EU 14-Day Policy)
Our products are made-to-order specifically for your purchase. Under EU law, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or which are clearly personalized. While we handle every order with care, returns or exchanges for reasons such as "change of mind" or incorrect size selection are generally not accepted due to the bespoke nature of the production.
However, should a product arrive damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact info@frontbh.com within 24 hours from the receipt of your order with photo evidence for a damage or defect.
Conditions for Returns
Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as received.
You may inspect the product to assess its nature, characteristics, and size, but not use it.
Returns will be refused if the item shows signs of use, including but not limited to:

odors (perfume, sweat, smoke),

dirt, stains, dust,

animal hair,

washing or wear.
If a return is refused, the item will be sent back to you at your expense. Return shipping and handling fees must be paid in advance before the item is re-shipped.
If an item is damaged or lost due to negligence during return shipping, the right of withdrawal may be voided.
In cases of return behavior that significantly exceeds normal customer patterns, we reserve the right, at our discretion, to restrict or refuse future purchases.
Return Process & Costs
Returns are made at the customer’s expense unless the item is defective.
To initiate a return, contact us at info@frontbh.com within 24 hours from the receipt of your order.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
If approved, you will receive return instructions. Returns must be sent as a standard parcel or letter and dispatched within 5 working days of your withdrawal notice.
For replacements due to defects or incorrect delivery, we will cover the outbound shipping of the replacement item.
Refunds
Once the return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, a refund for the returned item, including the original delivery fee, will be issued within 15 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at: info@frontbh.com.
Return shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of faulty or incorrect items.
Unclaimed Packages
If a package is not collected and is returned to us, we reserve the right to charge a fee of €15 to cover return shipping, handling, and administrative costs.
