Limited Exchanges – Please Choose Carefully
All our products are made to order. As we maintain limited inventory, we are unable to offer size or model exchanges. Please read the product descriptions carefully and refer to the size charts provided. Compare measurements with garments you already own for best fit.
Prices & Payment
All prices are listed in EUR and include VAT. The total amount payable, including VAT, shipping, and any additional fees, will be displayed in your cart before checkout.
Right of Withdrawal (EU 14-Day Return Policy)
As an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us clearly in writing (email is sufficient) within 14 days from the date you received the item(s). If the order includes custom-made or made-to-order products, the withdrawal period begins the day we confirm the order details with you.
Conditions for Returns
- The item must be returned in unused and undamaged condition. You are obliged to keep the item in the same good condition as when you received it.
- You may inspect the product carefully but not use it. If it smells of perfume, sweat, is dirty, dusty, has animal hair or similar, we will refuse the return. If we refuse the return, we will charge you the shipping fee in advance before we send the item out again. If the item is damaged or lost due to your negligence, you lose your right of withdrawal.
- If the item is returned in a damaged or used condition, or if it is lost due to negligence during return shipping, your right of withdrawal may be voided.

In the event of repeated returns that are far above the normal level among our customers, we may refuse you to shop with us in the future. If a customer frequently makes returns, this entails significant costs and administrative work for us, and we may therefore decide to limit the customer's ability to shop in order to protect our mission and resources.
Return Process & Costs
- Returns are at the customer’s expense unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered.
- To start a return, you can contact us at info@frontbh.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- Send the return as a standard letter or parcel.
- In the case of exchanges due to product issues, we will cover the shipping of the replacement item.
- When you use your right of withdrawal, the item must be sent back to us within 14 days of notification.

Refunds
Once we have received the returned item in acceptable condition, we will notify you once we’ve inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, we will issue a refund for the item cost, including the original delivery fee, within 30 days.
You will cover the return shipping costs, except in the case of faulty or incorrect items.
Unclaimed Packages
If your package is not collected and is returned to us, we reserve the right to charge a fee of €15 to cover return shipping, handling, and administrative costs.
